Returns

All returns must be pre-approved by Total Health Center and a reason for the return is required. All returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Please note that all supplements and health food products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging.

For any supplements that are sensitive to temperature such as our fish oils, probiotics and/or certain vitamins we cannot accept returns on these products. To request a return authorization, please contact Crissy, our Team Support Specialist at totalhealthcentervb@gmail.com

For Items on Back Order

DUE TO A FLUCTUATING DEMAND OF PRODUCT PER MONTH, WE WILL TREAT BACK-ORDERS IN OUR STORE WITHIN THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Bulk Orders
  2. Health Participants in our programs often choose to order their full supply of supplements at once. Due to the customized nature of our programs and supplementation protocols, sometimes products run out of stock if ordered in large quantities. Additionally, if you are a current health participant, depending on your case some products will need to be special ordered.

In the event that products that you have ordered are out of stock or need to be special ordered, the Team Support Specialist will provide a time frame in which you can expect your supplements. For orders in the United States, we will partially fulfill you order with what is presently in stock and then you will be able to order the remaining products at no additional shipping cost to you at a later date.

  1. For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, there will be no partial orders so please consider this when placing your order. We recommend ordering 2 to 3 weeks in advance for international orders.
  2. Products Out of Stock
  3. We do our best to keep products well stocked in our online store. However, sometimes production backlogs with our distributors can cause 1 or more products to be out of stock. In this case, the store will not allow you to add the product to your cart until we have it in stock again.

If you are purchasing supplements and find that 1 or more products are out of stock and you can’t order them, please email our Team Support Specialist at totalhealthcentervb@gmail.com In your email, please communicate the following:

  • Name of product(s) you are missing
  • Product number(s) of what you are missing
  • Quantity (desired) of each item that you are missing

Our Team Support Specialist will provide a time frame on when those products will be available to order.

III.      Time Consideration

  1. If you are missing a product or need a product immediately, there is a drop-ship order option available for special situations and at an additional shipping cost. We will do our best to make sure that you receive the product as soon as possible.
  2. Please order your supplements ahead of time as you see you are running out or need new products according to your month-by-month supplement tracker. Our vendors also have a high volume demand and will be back-ordered on occasion as well. This is unpredictable and can put us behind. To avoid this, we ask that you re-order or order in bulk as soon as possible so that your order can be fulfilled on time.
